The Family Legal Secretary will provide support to experienced Family fee earners undertaking digital dictation, typing of all legal correspondence, managing diaries, collating billing information, answering the telephone, liaising with clients, arranging appointments, opening and closing of files and assisting with collating trial bundles.
An experience Legal Secretary with solid, recent legal secretarial experience gained working in a family team of a private practice. Strong communication skills are essential.

The Litigation Legal Secretary will provide general secretarial support across a wide range of litigation cases. The Litigation Legal Secretary will also support clients and will therefore have excellent interpersonal skills and gain job satisfaction from providing the highest standard of client service. The work support fee earners dealing with debt recovery, property litigation, building disputes, contract disputes and negligence.
The Litigation Legal Secretary will have previous Legal Secretarial experience and possess excellent keyboard kills with typing speeds in excess of 60 WPM.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join a Commercial Property team within a law firm based in Canterbury, Kent.

The Commercial Property Legal Secretary will provide support to the Partner and department, dealing
with client queries, preparation of correspondence and documents both self generated and by transcription of digital dictation; File administration including opening/closing/archiving client files in a timely manner, photocopying, filing etc; Assisting with all aspects of commercial sale and purchase transactions including ordering and investigating searches, official copies and Companies House documents, dealing with exchange and completion; Producing documents such as lease extensions, deeds, completion statements and Land Registry forms; Handling Stamp Duty Land Tax requirements including calculations, submissions and payments; Liaising with clients and agents as necessary;
Maintaining and coordinating Partner's diary appointments and diary notes and reporting on these as necessary. Regular consideration of client files and liaising with Partner on any action required; Support the secretarial team; answering incoming calls, greeting visitors to Reception on occasion, collection/delivery of daily
This Commercial Property Legal Secretary role requires, preferably current legal secretary commercial property experience, or previous commercial property experience combined with excellent us of MS word at an advanced level.

The role requires previous private client legal secretary experience to assist two fee earners and partners in the department with typing legal documentation, making appointments, managing diaries, answering client calls and arranging appointment, general administration and support associated with the private client fee earners managing case loads advising on all trust matters.
An experienced legal secretary, preferably with private client experience.
Full secretarial support experience including using a digital dictation system to produce correspondence and other documentation, maintenance of comprehensive and accurate client admin files.
