A Property Legal Assistant role has arisen in an established Swindon law firm. This Property Legal Assistant will join an accredited private practice within their Property Department, which deals with a mix of Residential and Commercial Property work on behalf of loyal clients.
The Property Department
Employing Partners, Solicitors, Legal Executives and Property Assistants.
This Property Department is Partner Led and enjoy a healthy pipeline of Property transactional work, as well as, advising upon Landlord & Tenant, leases, purchase and sales.
Supporting Property Fee Earners in their case loads.
Undertaking property searches and land registry.
Proof reading contracts and property agreements,
Office administration relating to opening and closing files.
Experience and Requirements
At least 6 months solid conveyancing experience.
The ability to work under pressure.
Work to given time scales.
Be a Team player
Hold a legal qualification such as CILEX or an LLB or LPC
Salary £25,000 - £28,000 dependent upon experience + Pension.
