An experienced Inquest Lawyer is required by a national law firm in their Manchester office to act on clients based nationwide including NHS Trusts and private healthcare providers.
The Inquest Solicitor will be involved in all aspects of healthcare advisory work including matters such as Inquest work (advocacy), Court of Protection litigation and advising upon CQC and Healthcare Regulation.
Working as part of a team this opportunity will suit a qualified Solicitor with good Public Law, Local Authority or NHS Trust experience.
Whilst managing a caseload there will be an opportunity to supervise more junior lawyers in the team.
Flexible, hybrid working with at least one day per week in the London office. Competitive salary and bonus.
